Westwind was originally contracted to do the complete site development for the Town Center at Palm Coast, a1,557-acre multi-use development. The $40 million job lasted several years and included installing underground utilities, landscaping, and constructing roads and sidewalks. During the final phases, Westwind went on to perform all site development for a 47,000-square foot Publix, an 82,000-square foot medical center, the Hilton Garden Inn, a Super Target, and the Town Center Central Park. In total, we hauled over 2.2 million cubic yards of material, and helped to establish an important landmark for the community of Palm Coast.
